• Jds Making
• Performance management
• Performance Appraisals Management.
• Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Employee Engagement.
• HR policy development and documentation in line with the company’s corporate vision
• Compensation and Benefits
Qualification:
• Bachelors/Master/MBA (Preferable in HR)
Experience:
• 5 to 6 Years of Experience in HR, Employee Engagement, and JD making.
Salary:

Skills Required:
• Strong writing skills.
• Should have the innovative ability.
• Should have skills to deal with low-level staff.
