Senior HR Executive

 We are looking for Female Senior Executive in Performance Management (Senior HR Executive) for one of our Multinational Manufacturing clients in Lahore.

 The candidate is responsible to do the following tasks:

Senior Executive Performance Management (Senior HR Executive) Lahore

• Jds Making

• Performance management 

• Performance Appraisals Management. 

• Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 

• Employee Engagement.

• HR policy development and documentation in line with the company’s corporate vision

• Compensation and Benefits 

 

Qualification: 

• Bachelors/Master/MBA (Preferable in HR)  

Experience: 

• 5 to 6 Years of Experience in HR, Employee Engagement, and JD making.  

Salary: 

• Open salary (according to candidate’s potential) + Other Company and Standard Benefits  

Skills Required: 

• Strong writing skills. 

• Should have the innovative ability. 

• Should have skills to deal with low-level staff. 

• Must be a self-starter. 

• Good communication skills. 

• Can handle Pressure.
